Kerry Boland, RN and Ethan Kassel, MSW, LCSW have more than twenty-five years of experience specializing in programs of care and services for the elderly. Prior to forming Garden State Eldercare, Kerry Boland was employed as Director of Operations for Senior Bridge (NY), a New York City-based company; as Quality Management Coordinator for Oxford Health Plans; and as a staff nurse at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center.

Ethan Kassel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Geriatric Care Management. Prior to forming Garden State Eldercare, he was employed as Director of Client Services for Senior Bridge (NY & NJ), as Geriatric Care Manager for Second Family Caregivers in New Jersey; and as Medical Social Worker for the Visiting Nurse Service of New York.  Mr. Kassel currently serves as the Vice President for the New Jersey chapter of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
