Our aides and companions are carefully screened, interviewed and selectedOur aides and companions are carefully screened, interviewed and selected. As a condition of employment all employees must:

  • Pass a national criminal background check
  • Have at least two years of related experience and a verifiable employment history
  • Undergo competency testing
  • Have worker’s compensation coverage
  • Agree to routine drug testing
  • Complete a thorough orientation process
  • Be certified by the State of New Jersey State (applies to home health aides)
